I enjoyed my stay here, especially with Lenox Park just a short stroll away and the friendly staff in the dining area serving a great breakfast to start my day. it's a convenient spot for those who love exploring vibrant neighborhoods on foot.

The staff was friendly but my complaints received little attention. The experience left me questioning the value for money during a frustrating three-night visit.

The good location and fluffy pillows provided some comfort during the stay. However, the internet connection frequently dropped, the bathtub had drainage issues, and the desk phone was inoperable. There was also disturbing noise from housekeeping and poor oversight of the fitness center amenities, which detracted from the overall experience.

I recently stayed for one night, and I really enjoyed the all-day coffee and the cozy bed. The breakfast options were also delicious, with a filling selection. I'll definitely come back!

However, the swimming pool was closed, which left my kiddo very disappointed since we had been looking forward to swimming. The dining options were a bit limited, and the breakfast could have had more variety. Overall, the hotel felt a bit outdated and could use some renovations to improve the dining area and lobby furniture. While my stay was good, the lack of a pool and average breakfast options stood out as negatives for me.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the iconic art district and enjoyed the vibrant nightlife. The room was comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The staff was super friendly, and check-out was a breeze. I do recommend bringing your own snacks for late-night cravings.

I did notice the fitness center was a bit small with limited equipment. Only one treadmill was available, so be mindful if you plan to work out during peak times.
